Burrowing Owl Winery
In addition to painting the Winery, Restaurant and Guest Suites, we recently completed their new office addition.
Every year we repaint the guest suites to keep them in top notch condition and every 4 years we stain and lacquer all of Burrowing Owl’s outside wood. Our tall ladder and lift is used throughout this painting job.
We painted the outside stucco, using Elastomeric. It is water resistant and maintains its colour longer.
SS Sicamous
All hands were on deck for this job and without a doubt it was a lot of fun. In addition to painting, we were required to remove all lead, so we suited up, including wearing respirators. The air quality was checked daily to ensure we had a clean bill of health from flying lead particles.
We covered the entire boat with scaffolding and tarps to completely enclose it. We also had to meet the requirements of several government sectors; fisheries, heritage society, oceans and Work Safe BC. Talk about getting everyone’s ducks in a row!
Lakeshore Towers
We enjoy painting apartment buildings. We painted the two towers of Lakeshore Place, one 15 storey tower and one 12 storey. It took approximately one month to complete each tower. The biggest challenge on this job was moving the swing stage – which goes up and down the building – just like window washers.
Apartment Buildings
During this job we made sure the tenants cars were covered or moved and had to make sure the electrical power was covered so our men could work around it safely.
We are also happy to assist with your colour selection.
Rona
The store was opened while we painted this job and we had to be aware of customers. ("Yes that WET PAINT sign, really means it is wet paint.")
For this job we used both our lift and rolling scaffolding. I hate to say this, but I think we knocked it out of the park. When we finished the Penticton store, they asked us to paint the Vernon store. Practice makes perfect!

Lake Breeze Winery
In addition to doing all of the out buildings and winery at Lakebreeze, we also did the residence on the property. We had to strip and stain all of the old wood on the out buildings. Wineries are big on our list In addition to those pictured on this page, we have also painted Ink’mep, Sumac Ridge, and Stage West wineries.
Liquidity Winery
In addition to painting Liquidity Winery, we also painted the owner’s home. As well as painting, we stained all outside wood and inside beams.

The Osoyoos Indian Band
Our work for the Osoyoos Indian Band includes their Administration office, the Fish Hatchery and Spirit Ridge Resort condominiums.
The Penticton Hospital
We painted the outside 25 years ago, and it has yet to need repainting. If we do say so ourselves, it still looks good! We do all of the Hospital’s interior painting on an annual basis.
We have also painted the hospitals in Oliver, Summerland and Port Alberni.
