The colour still looks new!
A few years after we built our adobe-style stucco home, we were concerned that with a flat roof the stucco might not be as resistant to the weather as we would like. Select Painting painted our entire home with an Elasticmeric paint. The rain justs seems to bounce off now as it is water resistant. It has been over 10 years since we had it painted and the colour still looks like new.
